I’ve had some personal training sessions with Frankie and she is the best! Knackered me out but I really enjoyed them, and our giggles along the way. I also loved our bootcamp sessions in the park too when the evenings were lighter. Looking forward to getting some more sessions in for 2021 now that she has her shiny new studio in Heage! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to getting fitter next year.

The group were so welcoming...The PT Frankie Stainsby is just the most supportive and loveliest person, and i think that’s what makes me love the classes. Before taking part in one of Frankie's 7 week challenges I had never taken part in any kind of structured workouts or fitness groups. She was incredibly helpful and patient over the course of the programme and helped me lose a total of 19lbs over the 7 weeks. In the 3 years since then she has helped me maintain a healthy weight as well as constantly improving my fitness and making exercising fun, not the chore I thought it would be.
